Does Muetual work out who owes whom?
No, and that’s on purpose. Muetual is for tracking and budgeting what you spend together, not for splitting bills or chasing debts. You see the shared total and the trend; who settles up is between you.
How do I share an Expenses Sheet?
Open the sheet, go to Members, and invite someone by email. Once they accept, everyone on the sheet works from the same numbers, kept in sync. Members can view the sheet on every plan; letting them edit as well takes Standard or Premium.
Which platforms is Muetual on?
The web app runs in any modern browser at muetual.app, and there are apps for iPhone and Android. Your data is the same everywhere; it lives with your account, not the device.
Can I use different currencies?
Yes. Every sheet has its own currency on every plan, and amounts are formatted to match. A home in one currency and a trip in another means two sheets, which starts with Standard; mixing several currencies inside one sheet comes with Premium.

Your sheets are visible only to you and the people you explicitly invite. We don’t sell your data or show ads. See our Privacy policy for the details.
