How do I share an Expenses Sheet?

Open the sheet, go to Members, and invite someone by email. They get an email invite; once they accept, everyone on the sheet sees the same live data. You choose whether each member can view or edit.

Which platforms is muetual on?

The web app runs in any modern browser at muetual.app, and there’s an Android app. iOS is on the roadmap. Your data is the same everywhere — it lives with your account, not the device.

Can I use different currencies?

Yes. Each sheet has its own currency, and amounts are formatted to match. Handy for a home in one currency and a trip in another.

Is my data private?

Your sheets are visible only to you and the people you explicitly invite. We don’t sell your data or run ads. See our Privacy policy for the details.

How do I delete my data or account?

Send us a message from the contact page and we’ll remove your account and associated data. Deleting a sheet you own removes its expenses; leaving a shared sheet removes your access to it.

Is it really free?

Yes — the free plan covers a shared home (up to 2 sheets, 3 members per sheet, one recurring rule) and isn’t going away. Premium, for bigger setups and export, is coming soon.
