Open the sheet, go to Members, and invite someone by email. They get an email invite; once they accept, everyone on the sheet works from the same numbers, kept in sync. Members can view the sheet on every plan; letting them edit as well takes Standard or Premium.

The web app runs in any modern browser at muetual.app, and there are apps for iPhone and Android. Your data is the same everywhere; it lives with your account, not the device.

Yes. Every sheet has its own currency on every plan, and amounts are formatted to match. A home in one currency and a trip in another means two sheets, which starts with Standard; mixing several currencies inside one sheet comes with Premium.

Your sheets are visible only to you and the people you explicitly invite. We don’t sell your data or show ads. See our Privacy policy for the details.

Delete it yourself, any time: Settings → Delete account, in the app or on the web. That erases your account, the sheets you own and their expenses; leaving a shared sheet removes your access to it. Can’t sign in any more? Send us a message from the contact page and we’ll do it for you.

Yes. The free plan covers one Expenses Sheet for two people, one recurring rule and 30 days of history, and it isn’t going away. Nothing is ever deleted when you sit on the free plan: older expenses are simply hidden, and upgrading brings them straight back (90 days on Standard, all of them on Premium). Standard also adds a second sheet and editors; Premium lifts every limit and lets one sheet hold several currencies. Both start with a 14-day free trial.
